New set of prints arrived to day. These are only test prints. Not happy with the panoramic, lacking in colour so need to work on this.

Over all Happy. Make some adjustments, reprint with better paper then off to the shops and my website to sell.

Sitting chilling and felt the need to take a photograph!

Been a weird day.
Me and Jemma were driving to see my parents and we drove past my old house where my sister was killed, she was knocked down by a car in 1991.

Anyway, We past the house and on the left was a lady standing waiting to cross the road, freaked me out because she looked just like my sister.

What made it worse was is was in the countryside, late at night, dark and raining! Jemma just grabbed my thigh and asked if I was OK. Bless her!

It’s Monday and I am semi-motivated!

In the office doing ZERO work. well that is a little lie, I am on Facebook adding friends and adding to my Flickr page.

Having a thought about a change in career. I need to get my act together.  I have had a good run and had fun & stress with life. Now I am ready to settle and get a real job. Either Offshore or find what area I want to specialize in or (which I think is the direction i want to go in) join the police! I think the police are better suited for me. Scared I fail..

When I was Young

I grew up in these fields. It is weird being 25 and not being able to run through the wheat without a care in the world. My mum tells me that kids don’t play out doors any more. So sad. I know when I have kids I will kick them out the house at 9am and tell them not to come back till dinner. Have adventures, break bones, get messy and cause I grew up in these fields. It has been far to long since we talked.

A lot has changed and a lot has happened but I am not going in to that.

I am going to start today.

Had a long lie in, first in a very long time. 8 hours sleep and work up at 10 am! fantastic….

Cleaned the flat and headed down to HQ and cleaned their, don’t know what’s up with me….

The couple of months have been so quiet but not the last week.  I feel I have not slept in a week! Cant complain to much though as I hope it keeps up.

Off to watch season 2 of 24…

Well the website has really taken off. We have had 82,000 page views in 27 days!! I like those figures but I am looking for that stats to hit 200,000 a month within the next 6 months!!

We have signed up some advertising, just waiting for the final adjustments on the site and invoicing goes out.
I need an office now. Its a costly expense but I cant function any more working from Jemmas house.

There spare room and my old room at home is taking up WAY to much space and I becoming disorganised.

I was hoping to get a office/studio space in town but that has followed through and I have been offered space in Altens (industrial section of Aberdeen) and I know it would be nice but it is a good 45 minutes walk away.

But in Aberdeen Office space is about £7.35 per square meter!! that is mental…
Oh well the hunt goes on.

As I walk through the streets of Aberdeen at 4am I notice how loud it is. Cars flying past. Police sirens in the background and people talking loud.

I’m not designed for places like this. Every now and then I hear the slight sound of a bird or look up and see the full moon. I need to be in the country where the only sound I hear is my foot steps and the occasional cow mooning in the background. Oh how I long for isolation.

Really need sleep. 8am wake up’s and 3am bed time is not going down well.

Photographed a Badminton event today, went well but four hours felt like 10!

Just up loading photographs to our new website and then heading in to the bars/clubs to photograph.
can’t wait for the lie in tomorrow.

I really need sleep. I feel I have not stopped in weeks!!. On an upside, We are launching our website tomorrow and have also signed an advertising deal!

It was tough work. Our client was a real business man, ruthless is the word! We ended up making a deal but taking a large percentage off the price.

We now have to sell more advertising to make things up.

I’m glad Blair is working hard. He has done an amazing job on the new sight but it has been a struggle.

Its 12.30am and I have taken a break from mounting and envolping prints that customers bought at the Talisman event on Saturday.

The printers I use did a really crap job on my prints so I had to go out and get them printed in a shop that I was not to keep on dealing with but they did a great job and a fast turn around. Now I have to try and get my money back from the internet printers..

Really feel sorry for Jemma today, she has been working so hard this week and tonight she is on call and getting called out a lot. If she gets called out after 3pm she gets the day off.
